Oxygenation helps with health
The current popularity of the term 'big health' is no less than the previous' mass innovation and entrepreneurship ', and improving the health level of the whole nation is also a new era development strategy. A global concept proposed based on the development of the times, social needs, and changes in the spectrum of diseases, where various organizations are taking action to meet the health needs of society. So as an aerobic person, how can we bring oxygen therapy and oxygen health care into people's lives, improve their quality of life and health level?
Oxygen into the community, providing zero distance service
On the eve of the Loong Boat Festival, we put health services on the front line and entered the community to communicate with the elderly at zero distance. With the support and cooperation of Secretary Ding Huina from Ruanjiaqiao Community, Xiangfu Street, Gongshu District, Hangzhou City, we came to Ximingyuan Community to participate in the community activity of "Golden Neighbor Collaboration, Strong Love Dragon Boat Festival". There were many elderly people on site, and we provided oxygen therapy and oxygen health care to the elderly. We also tested their blood oxygen saturation, provided oxygen therapy experience, and delivered our carefully prepared dragon zongzi sachets and oxygen care to the elderly. The atmosphere at the event was lively, and the elderly at Ximingyuan enthusiastically participated in the event.
The above picture shows an elderly person paying attention to aerobic health and learning about health information
The above picture shows the detection of blood oxygen saturation for the elderly
During the event, the elderly also asked many questions. The following are high-frequency questions, which are shared as follows:
Question 1: Elderly people are sensitive to blood pressure, but what is blood oxygen saturation?
Answer: Blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) is the percentage of oxygenated hemoglobin (HbO2) in the blood that is bound by oxygen to the total available hemoglobin (Hb hemoglobin) volume, which is the concentration of blood oxygen in the blood. It is an important physiological parameter for respiratory and circulatory functions. It is generally believed that SpO2 should not be lower than 94%, and below 94% indicates insufficient oxygen supply. Some scholars have set SpO2<90% as the standard for hypoxemia, and any PaO2<80mmHg is considered hypoxemia, which is basically equivalent to severe hypoxemia.
Question 2: Is oxygen therapy addictive?
Answer: No, oxygen therapy can improve the state of hypoxia in the human body. After long-term oxygen therapy, people have already adapted to this non hypoxic state. Therefore, when people return to a state of hypoxia, they will feel uncomfortable. This is not addiction, but a subjective feeling of human beings.
Question 3: Will the oxygen in the room decrease as the household oxygen concentrator continuously produces oxygen?
Answer: Even in a closed space, the presence of an oxygen concentrator will not reduce the oxygen in the space, because the oxygen concentrator does not consume oxygen, it only separates oxygen. When there is no oxygen concentrator, we directly inhale oxygen from the air and discharge carbon dioxide. When using an oxygen concentrator to inhale oxygen, we still inhale locally concentrated oxygen. Of course, even so, we still recommend frequently opening windows for ventilation to ensure indoor air circulation.
Question 4: What kind of people need oxygen therapy and how to get it?
Answer: This question is quite complicated, and studies have shown that almost everyone needs to increase their intake of oxygen. Oxygen therapy can rejuvenate a person's spirit and improve their skin quality. For those who are physically uncomfortable, most patients with cardiovascular and respiratory diseases require oxygen therapy. COPD is currently a representative disease. COPD is also known as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Due to the large number of patients with this disease, high mortality rate, and heavy socio-economic burden, it has become an important public health issue. In China, COPD is also an important chronic respiratory disease that seriously endangers the health of the people. In recent years, the widespread deterioration of air quality in China has led to an alarming high prevalence of CODP. The survival time and quality of these patients have greatly improved after adhering to oxygen therapy.
Finally, through this activity, I also have some questions. I hope everyone can think together
There are many ways to be filial, how should we be filial? Are parents sick and sent to the hospital to lie in a hospital bed, while their children guard the bedside or generously donate money without hesitation? This is called filial piety? But it's actually the parents who suffer! Should we start with prevention? Oxygen to prevent aging, filial piety as early as possible! Yioxygen oxygen concentrator can help you!
